There are no set prices, yet sample prices for average homes are the following:
This assumes no special duties of difficult tasks.
Under 2,000 sf ....$80
from 2,000 to 3,000 ....$90
from 3,000 to 4,000 ...$110
There are so many variations. Whether or not you'd like the linens changed, don't use portions of the house, have labor
intensive floors, etc.
If you have a figure in mind, please present it to me, perhaps we can work something out where you get the chores you
really want done, at a price that wouldn't typically reflect the size of your house.
Every once in awhile I will do a one time or a move out clean up. Generally for those the prices are tripled, with payment
due before the work starts.
